..Your financial records are maintained in two safe places, secure from outside observation: (a) in a locked, secure, fireproof file cabinet, and (b) in a locked, encrypted and password protected computer NOT permanently connected to the outside world.
..Original documents (wills, insurance policies, etc.) that you provide to me will be returned to you in a timely and efficient manner. I will provide you with a receipt for those documents for the short duration of time that they will be in my possession. Copies of such documents, if made and retained by me, will be accorded the same privacy and security as all other information provided to me as noted above.

..The security and protection of your personal and financial information is of the utmost concern to me. No person other than myself will view your data. I personally obtain information from you and personally enter that information into records and computer storage and software for planning purposes. In no event will your names or information be shared with anyone else without your express written authorization.
..If you are satisfied with my professional services I will ask you for permission to give your name to prospective clients; a permission that you have the right to withhold. I also appreciate referrals from satisfied clients, it is how I stay in business.
