The Ordering Process

  Once you place your custom
plush order, you will recieve
photos of your plush for your
review. Sometimes transferring
an idea or drawing can look a
bit different then expected when
first "born"! So we send a set of
photos, so any obvious changes can be
made at the plant prior to sending
your actual samples for further
review and final changes prior to
production.
Production begins when you approve
your sample.
 
PRODUCTION: After you have approved your
custom sample, production of
your order begins.
What does this mean?
Fabrics and materials are
specially produced or purchased
to complete your order. This takes
30-120 days depending on the quantity
ordered, availability of fabrics,
plant production schedules, shipping
conditions and world events.
After all required items have been
sent to plant production begins.
Upon completion of your order you will
be notified that your order has reached
"Ready to Ship" status, and is on the way
to a US Port of Entry. Allow at least 30-40
days for this delivery at this stage.
Once your order has reached port, it must
go through several steps before it is ready to ship to your location. Unloading, sorting, Customs Clearance, and reloading to transport
to your Ship-to address requested.

So please allow 6-8 months from your custom sample to actual delivery of your order!

Once you have placed your order-which means
you have sent in your deposit-you order is
considered "In Progress", and no deposits are
refundable.
