When body shaping or strength training is your primary goal the number of repetitions (Reps) is critical to your success! The most common mistake, this is especially true of female athletes, is doing to many reps.

It has been documented many times by independent studies the best way to build muscle is using a weight that allows you to do ONLY 10 repetitions. Building muscle does NOT mean you are going to look like Arnold. Muscle development is the only way to shape/tone your body. This is true for men and women

If you do more then 10 reps you are developing muscle endurance, this does little for your body shape or strength.
Nobody loafs in this gym. Even Taz (the short one) works out!
