Q:How do I select a trainer?
A:Be a good consumer, check the trainer's qualifications, ask a friend for a referral, observe the trainer if possible. Try out the trainer, do not be afraid to change trainers if they do not fulfil your needs.

Q:Do all Health Clubs require the same credentials of their trainers?
A:No, there is a wide spectrum of trainers in clubs. Do not take for granted if a trainer is employed by your club that they are qualified or that they are the best choice for you.
