| A: | NO, POKEY will NOT be at THE WARREN COUNTY Farmer's FAIR 2004 in Harmony, NJ . Pokey was in the hospital July 20th and is recoving at an after-care facility near Rongoes, NJ till September.

| A: | Denise has been doing parades for over 10 years now. (Since 1990) Always wearing her well-known red, white and blue 'Rodeo Barbie' outfits, which she designs and makes herself. She also wears her trademark red cowlgirl hat.

| Q: | Does Pokey really write back to kids that write to him?

| A: | Yes, POKEY writes back. (With the help of Pokey's Mom)

| Q: | Is POKEY all better now from his accident a couple years ago? (When he was dragged down the road for a mile.)

| A: | Yes, POKEY is not showing any signs of complications due to his leg injuries. He is still running strong.

| A: | Pokey was born in Louisiana.

| Q: | How did POKEY get his name, POKEY?

| A: | Because he pokes with his nose...everything. (His real name was Dianes Little Leo).

| Q: | When will the first POKEY book be published?

| A: | It is scheduled to be published in the spring of 2005 and we'll keep you posted as to the release date. We will have a couple local book signings and you can get your autographed copy then.

| Q: | How many e-mails does Pokey get a month?

| A: | Pokey gets about 100 a week right now...about 400 a month. (Sometimes it hard to answer all the e-mails right away..)

| Q: | If I e-mailed Pokey and he DID NOT write back, I want to know why...

| A: | Sometimes your e-mail address does NOT support the message Pokey sends, and YOUR computer sends it back. Pokey signs his messages with his signiture and sometimes thats not accepted ...try him again and let him know you didn't get an e-mail back. Thank you.

| Q: | How can I get your Mom to read the stories to the kids in my school?

| A: | Denise is happy to come and read the Pokey stories to kids in classrooms. All you have to do is have your teacher send her an e-mail and ask. (POKEY DOES NOT COME TO THE SCHOOL with her)

| Q: | You are Registered with the AGHA and micro-chipped...Does a micro-chip hurt?

| A: | NO! A micro-chip is so tiny, Pokey and his pals do not feel it. But if Pokey or his pals are ever lost or stolen, they will be sure to find their way home because of this special AGHA chip.
