We're from Westport's farm and fishing coast with New Bedford's fleet nearby. Our ingredients are as native as can be-often just off the boat or farm.
Our traveling "woodstove" lets us prepare your dishes freshly at show time-right on location-on or off stage.

The Process

  We bring a live wood fire on the road to grill, roast, bbq or smoke meats, chicken, fish,
shellfish, vegetables - even breads & fruits, on site. Our smoke comes in flavors too, like native oak, maple, hickory, apple & cherry.

We make over 30 kinds of fresh pickles, relishes, salsas & jams of native fruits & vegetables according to season, because their tangy tastes
& bright colors compliment wood fired foods so well --- hence our name.
