No Ajahn Chah - Reflections - ref #A0304 Compiled by Dhamma Garden
The collection of Ajahn Chah teaching reflects not only on suffering and meditation practice, but also gives us some insight into impermance, virtue, non-self and so on. We hope that reader will take this little books as a companion and 'good friend' for moments of quiet reflection, and perhaps get a glimpse of the 'no-ajahn Chah' who used to say, " I'm always talking about things to develop and things to give up, but, really, there's 'nothing' to develop and 'nothing' to give up.

Three Teaching - ref #A0303 By Ven Tenzin Palmo
Born in London in 1943, Tenzin Palmo travelled to India and was ordained as a Buddhist nun in 1964. Her 12-year retreat in a cave high in the himalayas, described in the book 'Cave in the snow', focused international attention on the role of women and their spirituality in the Buddhist context.
Three Teachings - Tenzin Palmo's teachings on Retreat, Mahamudra Practice and Mindfulness are a delight to read. She has the great gift of showing how the Dharma can be integrated into every part of our everyday lives.
