Q:How do I get to Brooksong?
A:***FROM I-26*** Take I-40 West. Follow directions for "From the East on I-40", below. ***FROM THE EAST ON I-40*** Take Exit 27, follow Hwy 19/23/74 to Exit 103 (Hwy 19) to Maggie Valley. Turn right on Living Waters Lane just prior to Ghost Town parking lot. Brooksong is the large white building just across Jonathan Creek. ***FROM THE WEST ON I-40*** Take Exit 20, turn right at bottom of ramp on Hwy 276. At first traffic signal (approx. 5 miles), turn right on Hwy 19 to Maggie Valley. Turn right on Living Waters Lane, just prior to Ghost Town parking lot. Brooksong is the large white building just across Jonathan Creek. ***FROM ATLANTA*** From Hwy 23/74, take exit 102B onto Hwy 276 N. At Hwy 19, turn left toward Maggie Valley. Turn right on Living Waters Lane just prior to Ghost Town parking lot. Brooksong is the large white building just across Jonathan Creek.

Q:Do you allow smoking or have smoking rooms?
A:Brooksong is a non-smoking establishment.

Q:Do you accept pets?
A:Sorry, we don't accept pets.

Q:Do you accept credit cards?
A:Visa & Mastercard

Q:Can you provide an extra bed in a room?
A:At this time Ericka's Room is the only room that can accommodate a third person, utilizing the day-bed.

Q:Do you have a handicapped room?
A:Although we do have a ramp for handicapped access, the handicapped room is not yet available. Presently, all bedrooms are on the second floor.

Q:Does your bed & breakfast accept children?
A:Because we have many antiques and there are no activities at our inn for children, we do not accept children under 14.

Q:Do you accept reservations for single nights?
A:On weekends, holidays and the month of October, a two-night minimum reservation is requested. You may, however, check with us for last minute availability for one night stays.
