| A: | The electric companies provide a linear foot allowance to bring electric to your land; a well starts at $10,000 and water is often found around 500 feet deep tapping into our aquifer; septics start around $6,000.

| A: | You bet! Cows graze right next to the main drag; there are horses still on property next to Show Low High School; we are 4 hours from Phoenix and have a lot of cowboys here!
