Se presentaron tres métodos: la Oración Céntrica, el Rosario Anglicano y Lectio Divina. Todos los métodos quedaron dentro del marco de la Regla de Vida y la Dirección Espiritual.
Three methods were taught: Centering Prayer, the Anglican Rosary and Lectio Divina. The methods were framed with instruction on a Rule of Life and Spiritual Direction.
