| A: | My work is charged at $200.00 per hour. Paralegal/Legal Secretary time is charged at $50.00 per hour. Expenses and court costs are paid by the client.

| Q: | Do you handle any matters on a "contingency" or percentage basis?

| A: | Yes. The type of percentage or contingency fee will vary depending on the nature of your case. In all cases, this fee structure can only be fairly discussed in the course of an attorney and client interview. The percentage or contingent fee is computed on the total settlement received before expenses and court costs are deducted. Expenses and court costs are paid by the client.
