The passing on of the faith is one of the important roles of the Church.
Our Sunday School is a vital part of the ministry of the parish of St John's, and occuers in the Parish Hall, attached to the Church, while the main Sunday service is happens.
The material used in our Sunday School follows the same reading lectionary as the main services of the day, and this gives the parents of our children some background to what they have been doing.
Just like a good reader comes from a family who sits and reads with them when they were young, so too faith is built more strongly when the family can sit together and talk about the things their children have been doing at Sunday School.

St John's Youth Group
Open to all ages, the Youth Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month, at 6.00pm.
On 5th Sundays at Youth Group service is held at St John's.
St John's has an active Youth Committee and welcomes anyong who wishes to be involved.
