Unitech Research is a Sydney-based engineering company and consulting engineers, dedicated in a multi-application projects include “Energy Conservation System”. Our “Energy Recovery System” have been designed and tested in Australia and are the culmination of over 25 years of research and development in this field: the system have been patented World Wide.

COGENERATION SYSTEM

Unitech design and manufacturing up to 50MW fluidsed bed incinerator’s to burn Municipal and Commercial waste up to 1500oC, to produce electricity or steam. The systems are incorporated with “Energy Heat Recovery Systems (E.R.S.), a selective catalytic converter, PLC controls, electrostatic ashes precipitator, metal detector, slag’s collector. The exit flue gas temperature will be decreased to 50o – 70o to atmosphere.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Unitech manufactured the designed plant and installation to one of the largest “Heavy Engineering” of A.D.I. Garden Island in Sydney N.S.W., which provides a high performance and quality workmanship.
