The main advantage of the ‘System’ are the high energy transfer rates which is made possible by a large intake capacity of the (E.R.U.) and relatively large intake apertures. This makes the systems suitable for a wide range of fuels including Coal, Wood, Oil and Natural Gas firing where residue can deposit over time, under formation of scale which reduces heat transfer efficiency. The Unitech (E.R.U.) comes equipped with steam injection for self-cleaning thus eliminating these problem and ensuring optimum efficiency. |

POLLUTION CONTROL
Our system is environmentally – friendly by virtue of the fact that it reduces exit flue gas temperature down to about 50oC to 70oC and decreases the overall energy consumption, the greenhouse gases (CO2, HxS and NOx) will also be reduced. A selective catalytic converter can also be incorporated depending on your application.
STORAGE FACILITIES
Unitech can also provide a liquids storage facility, which will keep the H.W. or other liquids temperature constant over a period of time, no more cold start-ups means you’ll save money !

CONTROLLED MANUFACTURE:
Quality control and assurance system designed to comply with the Australian Standards AS3900 (ISO9000) code AS 2593 “Unattended Boiler’s and with “ASME” Power boiler code, section 1, is employed and supervised to guarantee a uniformly high quality in all Company’s Plant & Installations. Each boiler, pressure vessel, heat recovery systems and installation designed approved and manufactured under direct supervision of N.S.W. State Government and other State regulation of boiler’s and pressure vessel Section of the work cover Authority. The technical data of each plant and equipment manufactured is provided with all quality assurance data material, workmanship, inspection and testing records, pressure vessel material certificates and non destructive test certificates is maintained for life of the plant.
