Mexican pyrotechnicians manufacture a wide variety of shells and have made quite a bit of progress in incorporating this form of fireworks display that is typically seen in the US, Europe and some countries in the East, into their own fireworks culture. In fact, some companies now especialize solely in aerial shows, putting together higly coreographed fireworks displays, some times in the form of pyromusicals, that are controlled with a computarized firing panel. Traditional castillo exhibitions usually open and close with a show of "bombas", as they are called in Mexico. |
