We want your event to be as stress-free as possible. That's why, unlike other moonbounce rental companies, our policy is extremely flexible. If a 50% chance of rain is forecast for your area 24 hours before the event, you may cancel your rental with no penalty. All money will be refunded to you. After all, you can't control the weather! If you're not renting from us, please make sure you understand the other company's cancellation policy. There is usually a one- or two-week-in-advance cancellation required.
