Children:
To provide a safe, nurturing environment with age appropriate tools to stimulate imagination, learning and socialization for children. To concentrate on self-esteem, observation skills, physical coordination, and social interaction using music, expressive movement, math, language, science, phonics, dramatic play, fine motor and gross motor skills. To provide many and varied activities and experiences, to help children develop a positive self image which will allow them to be self-motivated.

Parents:
To provide a safe setting in which parents feel comfortable leaving their children. Goals: to help parents with the daily stress of work and raising small children by providing knowledge and have information available and to answer questions or concerns.

Staff:
To provide a comfortable stable working environment. To welcome and encourage interaction with each other and throughout the community. Goal: to have staff feel they are an intricate part of the daily working process of providing excellent child care.
