Unlike many lawyers engaged in aviation practice, Mr. Snell does not limit his practice to airplane crash cases, but works in many different aviation areas including aircraft purchasing and financing, aircraft insurance problems, FBO (fixed base operators-companies engaged generally in renting and repairing airplanes) matters, time sharing and leasing of aircraft, joint aircraft ownership programs, defending pilots in trouble with the Federal Aviation Administration and other areas of aviation law too numerous to mention.
If you have a problem, a concern or a question concerning aviation Mr. Snell can help you. Send him an e-mail or call for a telephone or office appointment.

Richard G. Snell has practiced aviation law for over 25 years. He concentrates his practice in aviation law and in the areas of corporate and business law closely related to aviation.
He first became interested in aviation when practicing law in a medium sized law firm in Dayton, Ohio, and becoming involved in an air crash case caused by a pilot in a small plane running out of fuel in the Georgia mountains. He had served as a paratrooper in the 82nd airborne division, but had never flown a plane.
This interest led to starting flying lessons and Mr. Snell later became a private pilot, then a commercial pilot, and finally a flight instructor. After accumulating over 1500 hours of flight time he decided to secure his Airline Transport Pilot's license and since has accumulated well over 5000 hours of flight time. |
